Cancellation Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals:
Arrivals 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being canceled at the service provider’s discretion, with the appointment amount charged 100%. If the appointment can still be serviced, a late fee may apply.
